Huzefa Idris

Huzefa Idris possesses extensive experience in technical support and management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Principal Support Engineer at Arcserve since April 2021, Huzefa has progressed through various roles, including Senior Support Engineer and Support Engineer, demonstrating a solid expertise in support operations. Prior to this, Huzefa held the position of General Manager at BlueDot Company from December 2019 to April 2021. Earlier experience at Arcserve from July 2016 to December 2019 involved roles as a Support Engineer, Associate Support Engineer, and Licensing Associate. Initial professional exposure includes an internship at Amazon in late 2015. Huzefa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Loyola Degree and PG College, completed between 2013 and 2016, and has foundational education from St. Michael's School from 1999 to 2011.
