Ganesh Rai

Ganesh Rai has a diverse work experience in the field of solar energy. Ganesh started their career at Ganges Internationale Pvt. LTD. as a Design Engineer, where they were responsible for designing the DC system of solar PV plants and conducting site surveys. Ganesh then joined Amplus Solar as a Sr. Design Engineer, where they designed power plants and reviewed engineering and construction drawings for PV projects.

Afterward, they joined Arctech as a Technical Sales Support Manager, where they provided technical support to clients and analyzed customer and product issues. Ganesh also worked as the Head of Technical Sales at Arctech, where they promoted and sold solar trackers, performed cost-benefit analysis, and maintained positive customer relationships.

Currently, Ganesh is working as a Sales Coach at Sell without Selling, where they likely utilizes their expertise in sales and technical knowledge to coach others in their sales efforts.

Ganesh Rai graduated from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya in 2010 with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the Auto Cad certification from CAD Design Centre in July 2013. Ganesh also pursued an Advanced Sales Training Program from Juno School of Business and successfully completed it in May 2023. Lastly, they have an additional certification in PV Syst from PVsyst SA, although the specific month and year of attainment are unknown.
