Shiva Sai has extensive work experience in the field of IT recruitment. They have held various roles in different companies over the years. In 2010, Shiva Sai started as a Technical Recruiter at NITYA Software Solutions Inc and worked there until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Sr Technical Recruiter and Bench Sales at Sriven Infosys Inc. In 2012, they joined Sancrosoft as a Sr Technical Recruiter and worked there until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, Shiva Sai worked as a Sr IT Recruiter at Decatrend Technologies. In 2014, they moved to Idexcel as a Sr Recruiter and worked there until 2015. At Idexcel, they closely collaborated with Account Managers, developed relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and solicited feedback throughout the interview process. In 2021, Shiva Sai worked at Ampcus Inc as a Sr IT Recruiter until September, and then joined Arctern as a Sr IT Recruiter.
