Adam Hoogeveen

Account Manager | Strategic Sales - Canada at Arc'teryx

Adam Hoogeveen began their work experience in 2006 at Mountain Equipment Co-op, where they held multiple roles including Special Event Manager, Store Supervisor & Key Holder, Team Leader, Ski Technician, and Snow Sports and Paddling Specialist. Adam then worked at G3 Genuine Guide Gear as a Supervisor in Sales and Customer Service from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, Hoogeveen joined SUGOI as an Inside Sales representative. From 2016 to 2020, they also served as an Account Manager at Coast Mountain Culture Magazine. Currently, Hoogeveen is working at Arc'teryx Equipment. Adam started in 2019 as a B2X Global Sales Representative and is currently an Account Manager in Strategic Sales for Canada.

Adam Hoogeveen attended Carleton University from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Environmental Geography and pursued a minor in Film Studies. Before that, from 2001 to 2002, Adam attended Wolfsburg VHS, where they completed an Intensive I program in German. In addition to their formal education, Adam Hoogeveen has obtained several certifications. In 2021, they obtained a Restricted Operator's Certificate (Maritime) from the Canadian Power and Sail Squadrons / Escadrilles canadiennes de plaisance (CPS-ECP). In 2020, they obtained a PCOC certification from BoatSmart HQ. Adam also holds an AST 2 certification from Canada West Mountain School, earned in 2015, and an AST 1 certification obtained in 2009, also from Canada West Mountain School.
