Alex Hodges has a diverse work background. From 2004 to 2019, they worked at the UK Ministry of Defence in various roles such as Squadron Commander, Capability Manager, and Liaison Officer. Alex gained experience in operational intelligence support, stakeholder management, program management, and financial planning. In 2019, they joined Arc'teryx Equipment as the LEAF Global Commercial Manager, responsible for Business to Government sales. In 2021, they transitioned into the role of Global Sales Manager - LEAF. Prior to their professional career, Alex Hodges was an Officer Cadet at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.

Alex Hodges has a diverse education history. In 1998, they began studying at the University of Portsmouth and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geography in 2001. Alex's commitment to continuous learning is evident through their additional certifications obtained from LinkedIn. In 2022, they completed courses to become a Project Manager and a Sales Manager. Additionally, in 2023, they obtained certification as an Economist through LinkedIn as well.
