Ashleigh Graham

Ashleigh Graham is a seasoned recruitment professional with a focus on technology and finance. Currently serving as the Lead for Talent Acquisition at Arc'teryx Equipment since July 2022, Ashleigh oversees all recruitment efforts for these specialized teams. Prior experience includes roles as Senior IT Recruitment Consultant and Junior IT Recruitment Consultant at Acuity Consultants, a specialist IT recruitment agency, from March 2015 to February 2022. Additionally, Ashleigh has experience as a First-Year Organizational Psychology Tutor at the University of Cape Town and holds an Honours degree in Organizational Psychology, with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology - Change Management. Ashleigh is also Prince2 Certified, having completed the certification in 2016.
