Austin dal Molin

Austin Dal Molin currently serves as the Director of Merchandising for NAM Footwear at Arc'teryx Equipment, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Austin worked at Tactics from April 2021 to September 2025, initially as Chief Merchandising Officer & Brand Director and later as the Buying, Planning, and Merchandising Director, contributing to the Tactics Japan Expansion Project. Austin gained extensive experience at Nike, serving in various positions over nearly 13 years, including Global Sales/Marketplace Director for Nike SB, and Global Merchandising Director for Nike SB Footwear. Earlier roles included Merchandise Manager and Category Planner within the Nike SB division, and multiple positions in merchandise planning and business analysis at Nike. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business.
