Denise Jolley has a diverse work experience background. Denise began their career in 2007 as a Guide at Destination Snow & Tours. In 2011, they worked as a Capacity Support Officer for Commonwealth Games Canada/NOC and CGA Sri Lanka, where they implemented a database and games management system to improve team organization and efficiency. Denise also served as a Volunteer Coordinator for Ironman Sri Lanka in 2012.

In 2012, Denise joined the City of Coquitlam as a Recreation Leader, Program Leader, & Registration Clerk. Denise provided administrative support and coordinated programs and events. During their time there, they also assisted in the City's bids for the BC Summer Games and BC Seniors Games.

Denise's involvement in the sports industry continued with roles at the Singapore National Olympic Council, Australian Paralympic Committee, and Australian Olympic Committee in 2012 and 2013. Denise implemented an online games team management system, provided training to national sport associations, and worked as a Contractor.

Since 2013, Denise has been working at Arc'teryx Equipment. Denise has held various management roles, including Senior Manager of Wholesale Business Process, Global Commercial Operations, and Global Dealer Service. Prior to these roles, they held positions as a Manager and Supervisor in Dealer Service. Additionally, they worked in Warranty Services for the company.

Denise Jolley earned their Bachelor's Degree in Human Kinetics from The University of British Columbia from 2002 to 2007. Denise then pursued further education at Simon Fraser University, where they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from 2008 to 2010.
