Jazmine M.

Jazmine M. has a diverse range of work experience in communication and leadership roles. Jazmine is currently working as the Communications Lead - Guest Services at Arc'teryx Equipment since October 2022. Prior to this, they were the Chapter Lead at Protect Our Winters Canada from January 2022 to July 2023, where they co-led the Vancouver chapter and promoted climate action.

Before that, Jazmine worked as the Internal Communications, Social Media and Events Coordinator at Hays from May 2021 to July 2022. Jazmine also has experience in social media management at Flora ex Machina from August 2019 to February 2020.

In addition, Jazmine served as the Communications Advisor at Environment Canterbury from July 2017 to June 2018. In this role, they produced internal newsletters and developed an internal CRM system for effective communication with stakeholders and employees.

Jazmine began their career as a Communications Coordinator at Downer New Zealand from January 2015 to May 2017. In this position, they communicated with external stakeholders, the Christchurch City Council, and the public about infrastructure rebuild work and maintained positive internal communications within the company.

Jazmine M. attended the University of Canterbury from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship. In September 2022, they also obtained a certification on Confidence from Mel Robbins through LinkedIn.
