Manager, Strategic Sales (B2X) at Arc'teryx

Josh Banks has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Josh started their career as an Assistant Manager at The Boardroom in 2004 and then became a Manager at Underworld Skateshop in 2005. In 2006, they joined DC Shoes as the Western Canada Sales Representative, where they excelled in maintaining key accounts, achieving sales goals, and winning awards for their performance. In 2013, they joined Centre Distribution as the National Sales Manager, overseeing the sales of multiple brands and managing a team of sales representatives. At Centre Distribution, they were responsible for hiring, coaching, and managing employees, maintaining key accounts, and managing pre-book order books. In 2016, they joined Icebreaker as the Account Manager for British Columbia, where they had direct responsibility for selling clothing and accessories to national and specialty retail accounts. Josh managed product sell-in and conducted in-store product seminars. Most recently, in 2017, they joined Arc'teryx Equipment as the Manager of Strategic Sales (B2X), where their responsibilities include leading strategic sales initiatives and representing the company in corporate sales.

Josh Banks attended Saint Mary's University from 1998 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Marketing.
