Josh Herr currently serves as the Global Senior Director of Footwear Design at Arc'teryx Equipment, focusing on establishing the global creative direction and innovation strategy for footwear since September 2023. Previously, Josh held various significant roles at adidas, including Global VP of Innovation Design (Interim) and Senior Design Director for Innovation, where responsibilities included leading a team of over 45 designers and spearheading the development of industry-leading footwear. With a substantial tenure at adidas, Josh led color, material, and trend design for various global sport and style categories and contributed to the launch of key programs. Earlier experience includes designing iconic footwear at Reebok International Ltd. and a foundational role at FOX Architects. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Design from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
