Jurgen Watts has a strong background in brand marketing, with a focus on digital and experiential marketing. Jurgen started their career at Lululemon in 2010, where they held various roles in digital marketing and brand experience. In these positions, they developed strategies to drive online traffic and engagement, while also curating content targeted towards specific audiences. Jurgen then joined Arc'teryx Equipment in 2015, where they initially served as a Manager in Digital Marketing. Jurgen later moved up to Senior Manager in Global Sports Marketing and Brand Partnerships, and then to Director of Brand Experience. In their most recent role as Senior Director of Brand Marketing, Jurgen oversees all aspects of direct brand marketing channels, including retail, digital, events, and athletes/partnerships. Jurgen is responsible for enabling brand strategic priorities, supporting global brand awareness, and achieving commercial revenue goals.
Jurgen Watts obtained their Bachelor's degree in Health and Education Programs from the University of Victoria. Jurgen attended the university from 1996 to 2001.
