Renita Manj

Renita Manj has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Renita is currently working as an Employee Experience Events Manager at Arc'teryx Equipment since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director / Operations Manager at Vancouver Pride Society from September 2020 to September 2021. Renita also worked at BRANDLIVE Group, where they held multiple roles including Event Operations and Volunteer Coordinator from June 2016 to September 2020.

In 2016, Renita briefly worked as the HR & Crew Logistics Manager for the Squamish Valley Music Festival in February and March. Before that, they were employed by Nasco Staffing Solutions as an Operations Manager from November 2013 to August 2015, where they managed a team of Account Managers, developed a recruitment plan, and contributed to branding projects.

Renita's earlier professional experience includes a role as part of the Talent Team at Tribe Marketing Ltd from May to September 2013. Renita also worked at Arc Worldwide as a Field Operations Manager from June 2012 to April 2013, managing a team of Mystery Shoppers and Field Managers for Tesco.

In 2012, Renita participated in a temporary work assignment as part of their relocation to London with Citi Studio. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Manager at Nasco Staffing Solutions from July 2010 to January 2012, where they handled event staffing, client liaison, and operational management.

Lastly, Renita had a contract role as a Media Coordinator at The Artsbiz Public Relations from March to May 2010, where they secured media coverage for clients and organized media clippings. Overall, Renita Manj has gained extensive experience in event management, operations, staffing, and media coordination throughout their career.

Renita Manj obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Victoria, from the years 2002 to 2007. Later, in 2010, they attended Langara College and completed a Certificate in Public Relations in the field of Public Relations.
