Jerome Lucaes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability, product management, and business transformation across various industries. Currently serving as CEO of Fast Forward Zero and a Senior Advisor to the CEO at Arctial, Jerome is focused on enabling net-zero carbon transformations and fostering inclusive business models. Previous roles include Director positions at Rio Tinto and UC RUSAL, where key achievements involved leading low carbon aluminum programs and co-creating the Aluminium Stewardship Initiative.
