Pierre Gagnon

Pierre Gagnon, Ad. E. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate legal affairs. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Bombardier since June 2023, Gagnon previously held the position of Executive Vice-President of Corporate, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs, and Chief Governance Officer at Hydro Québec from April 2018 to June 2023. Prior roles include Vice-President of Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary at Aéroports de Montréal and General Counsel at Hydro-Québec. Gagnon's career began at Bell Canada and has included significant leadership roles at McKesson Canada, Videotron, and Mackenzie Gervais, demonstrating a strong background in legal, regulatory, and governance matters.
