Siarhei Karneyeu

Siarhei (Sergey) Karneyeu is currently serving as the Senior UX/UI Designer at Arctic Adventures since November 2024. Previously, Sergey worked as a Senior Product Designer and Product Manager, developing and optimizing Shopify e-commerce stores such as zoopyzoo.com. In this role, he managed full lifecycle projects, conducted market research, created design systems, and implemented AI technologies to enhance content creation processes. Sergey also spent over five years at Firebird Tours, progressing to Senior Lead UX/UI Designer, where he established KPIs, led a team of designers, and conducted comprehensive UX/UI audits.

With expertise spanning Shopify, Figma, and digital marketing, Sergey has developed a strong foundation in e-commerce and UX/UI design. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Media and Visual Design from the European Humanities University and has pursued additional certifications in e-commerce and digital marketing. Sergey brings a rich blend of design expertise and strategic insight to his current role, contributing to innovative and user-centric solutions.
