Prior to this role, Noby held various positions at INVISTA from January 2014 to April 2023, including Site Manager and Senior API Industrial Inspector. Noby's career also includes significant roles such as Senior API Refinery Industrial Inspector/Site Manager at Calumet Refining, and positions at Flint Hills Refining, Western Refining Company, and Lyondell/Equistar Chemicals, among others. Noby possesses educational qualifications from Bee County College, holding an Associate of Science degree in Architectural Design and Advanced Welding, and a high school diploma from Sinton High School.
