Jordan Southwick

Jordan Southwick has extensive experience in technical support and security engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Concierge Security at Arctic Wolf since April 2021, following roles as a Concierge Security Engineer 2 and 3. Prior experience includes positions such as Technical Support Engineer at Ivanti and Lead Technical Support Engineer at InsideSales.com. Additionally, Jordan co-owned InVigoris LLC, overseeing product marketing and daily operations. Other roles include IT Helpdesk Technician at Snow College, Account Development Representative Intern at FireEye, and various positions in customer service and technical support. Jordan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems and an Associate's Degree in Applied Science from Utah Valley University, complemented by an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science from Snow College.
