Katie Graves

Katie Graves, SHRM-CP, has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Katie is currently employed at Arctic Wolf as the Senior Director, People, and also holds the position of Director, People. Prior to this, they served as the Director of People Services at La Cantera Resort & Spa, managed by Destination Hotels. Katie also gained valuable experience as the Director of Human Resources at Visionworks of America and the Regional Human Resources Manager at HVHC Inc. Katie'sprevious roles include Human Resources Manager at IBTX Risk Services and SWBC, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager and later as a Human Resources Generalist. In addition, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter at SWBC, where they were responsible for building relationships with management, interviewing applicants, and assisting in writing job descriptions.

Katie Graves, SHRM-CP, received their Bachelor's of Science degree in Management from the University of Phoenix in 2012. In November 2018, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
