Ken Smith, MA, OSCP, OSWP is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and education. Currently serving as Director of Sales Engineer - Enterprise at Arctic Wolf since June 2025, Ken previously held various leadership roles including Director of Offensive Security Learning & Development at Praetorian, where significant training initiatives were implemented for over 120 employees globally. As National Lead at RSM US LLP, Ken led a cybersecurity testing team, achieving a 10% year-over-year revenue increase. Academic contributions include serving as an adjunct professor at the University of Mount Union, where Ken developed infosec courses that increased student enrollment.
