Lakkam Rangaswamy

Lakkam Rangaswamy is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Arctic Wolf since September 2025, Lakkam previously held the position of Senior Software Engineering Manager at Intel Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing the development of microservices-based SaaS platforms focused on confidential computing and federated AI model training. Lakkam's journey includes significant roles at VMware as an Engineering Manager, leading the development of a PaaS platform and building a development team in India, and at Allstate India, where progressive roles encompassed Tech Lead to Engineering Manager for insurance product lines. Early career achievements at Tech Mahindra involved leading the design and development of broadband modules for British Telecom. Lakkam holds an Engineer's Degree in Computer Engineering from Madanapalle Institute of Technology & Science.
