Damien URVOIS

Damien URVOIS has an extensive work history, starting with their current position as the Senior Director of Business Development EMEA-APAC at Arctic7 since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Business Development at Artisan Studios, Inc. from August 2022. Damien also founded ROOM11 in December 2021, where they worked on video game development, publishing, blockchain gaming/NFT, and digital art. Additionally, Damien held the role of Vice President at Compile Heart Co.,Ltd from December 2018 to December 2021. Damien has significant experience in overseas business development, having served as the Overseas Business Development Department Head at Idea Factory Co., Ltd from November 2009 to December 2021. Before that, they held various positions at Royal Trading, R-Trade, and Open Games, where they gained experience in regional management, export, and store management.

Damien URVOIS began their education in 2004 at CESCI, where they obtained a BTS in International trade in 2005. Following this, they attended ISUGA from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued a Master's degree in Europe-Asia International Business. During their time at ISUGA, Damien focused on a dual degree in International Relations and Affairs as well as Japanese language.
