Darren Cantlay is a seasoned financial executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Managing Principal and Founder of ArcticSilver USA since January 2020, Darren also holds the position of President and Founder at 4C Business Coaching LLC. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Paducah Bank and Chief Financial Officer at BankSouth, MidCountry Financial Corp, and Bank of Ellijay. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes ownership of Crawlers, Inc., specializing in custom jeep and truck modifications. Darren earned a BBA in Accounting from Valdosta State University between 1989 and 1993.
