Jarrett Zwick is currently a Materials Science Engineer at ARCTOS, where they conduct research on thin-film nanocomposites utilizing two-dimensional materials in polymer matrices. Jarrett has experience in utilizing various instruments such as Atomic Force Microscopy, UV-Vis Spectroscopy, and Optical Imaging. Previously, they were a Graduate Materials Science Researcher at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, where they conducted similar research. Jarrett also has experience as an Information Technology Specialist at the University of Dayton, troubleshooting and fixing technical issues for faculty, staff, and students. In addition, they were a Quality Engineering Intern at H-P Products Engineered Tube Bends, where they conducted in-house audits and assisted the quality team with equipment calibration and part quality checks. As an Engineering Intern at the same company, they assisted with tasks such as 3D CAD modeling, material quality investigations, and 5s organization. Jarrett also has previous job experience as a Cashier at DICK'S Sporting Goods and a Lawncare Specialist at Enviroscapes.
Jarrett Zwick completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry Pre-Engineering from Walsh University in 2020. Jarrett went on to pursue a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton and is expected to graduate in 2022.
