Tom Frusher

Tom Frusher serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Arcturis since June 2025, following a significant tenure at Aetion, Inc. where roles included VP of Growth and Client Partner. With expertise in real world data and evidence, Tom has driven commercial growth in the life sciences and healthcare sectors, particularly across Europe, Nordics, and APAC. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Sciensus, London Health Commission, McKesson, The Commonwealth Fund, NHS Cooperation and Competition Panel, and the BMA, with a strong focus on policy development and strategic engagement in the healthcare industry. Tom holds a Master of Science from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science from the same institution, and has furthered expertise as a Harkness Fellow at The Wharton School.
