Judy Glik has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Judy began their career at Strawbridge and Clothier as a Management Assistant Buyer from September 1989 to September 1990. Following that, Judy worked at Gap Inc. as a Store Trainer from October 1990 to August 1991. Judy then joined Glik's, a regional clothing store chain, where they served as the Vice President and Women's Merchandise Manager from August 1991 to May 2003. During their time at Glik's, Judy was responsible for managing women's purchasing, merchandising direction, and marketing, as well as being involved in corporate communications, signage, public relations, store build out and design, and overall strategy. After their tenure at Glik's, Judy became a Partner at Firecracker Marketworks in January 2008, where they helped people and organizations build brand strategies that add profit to the bottom line. Judy'sresponsibilities at Firecracker Marketworks included providing brand audits, brand strategy, rebranding, public relations, events, marketing, and inspiration to drive business success. Most recently, in October 2018, Judy joined Arcturis as the Director of Brand Experience, where they are currently employed.

Judy Glik obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. In the fall of 1988, they participated in the Guest Student Program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
