Monica Perugini

Monica Perugini has over 17 years of experience in sales, customer service, purchasing, and freight management. Currently employed at Rosenthal Sambonet Group since March 2006, Monica is responsible for e-commerce customer orders, claims management, and the purchase business for the Company Outlet, along with negotiating purchase orders and managing logistics for Italian and international suppliers. Prior to this role, Monica worked at Sifte Berti Spa from April 2004 to December 2005, handling customer care and organizing export and import shipments. Monica holds a Master's degree in Foreign Languages and Literature with Business Subjects from Università degli Studi di Torino and has also participated in the Ishikawa Foundation for International Exchange program in 2003.
