Claine Snow has extensive experience in the legal and intellectual property field. They started their career at Brigham Young University in 2004 as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant. They then joined the University of Colorado at Boulder as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in 2010.
In 2012, Claine worked as a Summer Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where they drafted a detailed opinion letter on a pharmaceutical patent. In 2013, they worked as a Summer Associate at Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
Claine joined Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP in 2013 as a Patent Law Clerk before becoming an Associate Attorney from 2014 to 2017. During this time, they served clients in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries by drafting and prosecuting patents and conducting complex patent landscape analyses.
In 2017, Claine joined McDermott Will & Emery LLP as an Associate Attorney focusing on patent prosecution and transactions.
From 2018, Claine Snow has been working at Arcturus Therapeutics. They started as an Intellectual Property Counsel and then advanced to the position of Senior Intellectual Property and Transactions Counsel. Currently, they hold the role of Executive Legal, Intellectual Property and Transactions Counsel at the company.
Claine Snow has a strong educational background, with degrees in law and chemistry. Claine first attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry. Claine then continued their education at Brigham Young University from 2004 to 2010, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Chemistry. Later, Claine attended Stanford Law School from 2011 to 2014, graduating with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, specializing in Law. In addition to their formal education, Claine has also obtained a certification as a Registered Patent Attorney from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
