Frederick (Fred) del Rosario

Fred del Rosario has extensive experience in the field of information technology. Frederick (Fred) is currently the Executive Director and Head of Information Technology at Arcturus Therapeutics since December 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director and Head of Information Technology at the same company from November 2020 to December 2022.

In addition to their role at Arcturus Therapeutics, Fred is also involved in the AITP San Diego organization. Frederick (Fred) has held various positions in the organization, including President since March 2022, Co-President and Director of Technology from July 2020 to March 2022, and Director of Technology from January 2020 to July 2020.

Fred is also a Founding Member of the San Diego Tech Hub since January 2019.

Before their current roles, Fred founded and served as the CEO and Principal Consultant at DJL Technology Solutions since February 2017.

Prior to their entrepreneurial venture, Fred worked at Xeris Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as the Director of IT and Facilities from December 2019 to November 2020, and as the Director of IT from May 2018 to November 2019.

Fred's previous experience includes serving as the IT Director at Ignyta, Inc. from July 2015 to May 2018. In this role, they were responsible for establishing the IT infrastructure, operations, application delivery, and support for all business units.

Before Ignyta, Fred held the position of Manager of IT Operations and Site Director of Information Systems at Cadence Pharmaceuticals/Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals from February 2008 to July 2015.

Fred's earlier experience includes working at BLC-Consulting as a Deskside Services/Technical Services personnel from October 2006 to February 2008, and at Pfizer in Research & Development Informatics from 2003 to 2007.

Frederick (Fred) began their career at QuadraMed, where they held the roles of Senior Systems Analyst and Applications Consultant from 2002 to 2006.

Frederick (Fred) del Rosario completed an Associates of Science degree in Health Information Management from Modern Technology College. Frederick (Fred) then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Information Technology Management from Western Governors University. Additionally, Fred obtained a CompTIA Project certification from CompTIA in October 2014. Frederick (Fred) also holds an ITIL V3.0 certification from ITIL Certified, although specific details regarding the month and year of obtaining this certification are not available.
