Ye Zhang

Ye Zhang is currently serving as the Chief Regulatory Officer at Arcturus Therapeutics. Prior to this, Ye held various leadership roles in regulatory affairs at Merck and also worked at the FDA as a Drug Product Quality Reviewer. Ye has a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and a medical degree from Peking University. Ye is also a member of the Board of Directors at the Alliance for mRNA Medicines.
