Robert Butler

Robert Butler has worked in the software development field since 2011. In 2011, they were the Lead Teaching Assistant at Dalhousie University, where they coordinated a team of teaching assistants and conducted lab sessions for CSCI 1100 and 1101. In 2013, they worked as a Junior Developer at Twisted Oak Studios and as a Junior Web Developer at Sheepdog. In 2014, they worked as a Software Engineer at Orpheus Interactive, where they designed and developed tech for gameplay sequences. In 2015, they were the Lead Developer at Silverback Productions Inc., where they designed, optimized, and implemented various systems on top of the Unity 3D engine. In 2016, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Arcturus Studios, where they designed and developed several components of HoloStream and HoloSuite Portal. In 2017, they worked as an Independent Software Developer, where they built iOS and Android applications using React Native, and web applications using React.

Robert Butler attended Dalhousie University from 2010 to 2014, studying Computer Science.
