MacIek Karpinski

Maciek Karpinski has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of design and user experience. Maciek started their career as a freelancer, working on UI, visual, and web design projects for various companies. Later, they joined LINET, an interactive agency, where they gained expertise in e-marketing, web design, and usability. During this time, they designed numerous websites, ranging from small businesses to complex information portals.

Maciek then co-founded Inspiner Sp. z o. o. and launched a fashion website called BinaBella.com. Maciek was involved in various aspects of the business, including web design, business models, e-marketing, and management.

Maciek later co-founded WebDepartment, where they negotiated deals, managed projects, and designed websites and applications to help clients gain a competitive advantage.

Maciek then worked as a Senior UX Designer at Crazy Call, where they took full ownership of product design and developed a UX strategy for the company. Maciek designed the Call Panel for agents and the Manager Panel for call center managers, improving performance and efficiency.

After that, they joined SecurionPay as a Senior User Experience Designer, working on a range of tasks such as designing a free payments plugin, conducting research and tests, and providing wireframes and prototypes.

Most recently, Maciek joined Arcual as a Design Lead, where they currently hold a role.

Maciek Karpinski holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, obtained from 2007 to 2010. Maciek also has a Master's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from the same institution, earned from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, they pursued a Postgraduate degree in User Experience Design at Uniwersytet SWPS from 2014 to 2015. In 2019, Maciek obtained a UX-PM level 2 certification from UXalliance.
