Marcelo Mallmann Dias

Marcelo Mallmann Dias is an experienced software engineer and technology leader with a strong background in developing custom embedded systems and software solutions. Currently a software engineer at Arcules since September 2024, Marcelo has also owned COREWORKS since August 2013, focusing on internet of things and data acquisition systems. Previous roles include software developer positions at Right Balance and Emotive, where notable achievements include launching a timezone-aware SMS broadcasting feature and optimizing testing infrastructure. As head of technology at Repenso | Movimento Climático, VBIO.eco, and Orma, Marcelo led the technical direction and development of innovative platforms and projects. Marcelo's technical skills span various programming languages and technologies, including Javascript, Node.js, and AWS. Marcelo holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering and a degree in Control and Automation from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
