Mhr Cheryl Strizelka

Cheryl Strizelka has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on people and culture. Cheryl currently holds the position of Head of People & Culture at Arcules, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, Cheryl served as the VP of Human Resources at Rifle Paper Co. from August 2021 to October 2022. Cheryl also worked as a consultant, holding the role of VP of People & Culture at Phobio from November 2020 to September 2022. Before that, they served as the Head of People at Design Interactive, Inc. from January 2016 to December 2020. Cheryl has also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Global Brands from January 2015 to December 2016. Cheryl's experience includes a role as the Interim Global Human Resources Director at ?What If! Innovation Partners from January 2014 to January 2015. Additionally, they worked as the Global Human Resources Manager / Corporate Recruiter at Technomedia Solutions - A Mood Media Company from March 2011 to December 2013, and as an HR Manager at HD Publishing Group from June 2009 to February 2011. Cheryl started their career as an HR Generalist at The Colony Beach and Tennis Resort in January 2005 before leaving in May 2009.

Cheryl Strizelka, MHR, holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Rollins College, which they completed between 2018 and 2020. Prior to their Master's degree, Cheryl obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications, including Project Management, Strategic Thinking, and What's Next: Reinventing Work in the New Normal, all from LinkedIn, which they completed in September 2020.
