Nurgul Akhshatayeva

Nurgul Akhshatayeva is a dedicated engineering student at the Schulich School of Engineering, University of Calgary, pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering. Nurgul has gained extensive experience through various internships, including roles as a Software Developer Intern at Arcurve (January 2024 - Present), Demonware (May 2023 - February 2024), and Arcurve Inc. (May 2022 - August 2022). Nurgul also contributed to the development of Call of Duty Game Services during the internship at Demonware. In addition to software development, Nurgul served as Geomatics Team Lead and Sensors Sub-Team Member at the Relectric Car Team from October 2021 to February 2024, and held several leadership positions, including Project Manager and VP Internal, at Tech Start UCalgary from January 2021 to February 2024. Nurgul's earlier experience includes a research position at the Schulich School of Engineering in the summer of 2021.
