Babu Kunnel

Babu Kunnel is an experienced biotechnology and pharmaceutical professional with extensive expertise in analytical sciences and biologics development. Currently serving as the Executive Director & Head of Antibody Product & Analytical Sciences at Arcus Biosciences, Babu is responsible for the analytical strategy of antibody programs. Previous roles include leadership positions at Merck and MedImmune, where Babu managed analytical strategies for biologics and vaccines, ensuring successful regulatory submissions and product approvals. With a Ph.D. in Microbiology from Delhi University and a Master's degree in Microbiology from Aligarh Muslim University, Babu has built a solid foundation in scientific research and development throughout a career that includes significant contributions to critical programs at leading pharmaceutical companies.
