Rachel Harmon

Rachel Harmon has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of clinical data management. Rachel currently holds the position of Director of Clinical Data Management at Arcus Biosciences since January 2024. Prior to this, they were an Associate Director of Clinical Data Management at the same company from July 2022 to January 2024. Rachel previously worked at Mirati Therapeutics as a Senior Manager of Clinical Data Management from February 2021 to July 2022. Rachel also has experience working at Precision For Medicine, Syneos Health, IQVIA, PAREXEL, Chiltern, and Spectrum: A Repligen Brand, holding various roles in data management and clinical research.

Rachel Harmon attended East Tennessee State University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in "Leading and Managing for Excellence" from The Leadership Edge in the year 2023.
