Xian He

Xian Xian has a strong background in the biostatistics field, with experience in various roles at different companies. They started their career as a Statistician Intern at Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2014. They then joined Genentech in 2015, where they held the position of Principal Statistical Scientist. In this role, they oversaw multiple clinical trials, including phase III oncology trials and cancer immuno-therapy studies. Xian Xian also led the biometrics effort for business development opportunities and played a key role in FDA meetings. In 2020, Xian Xian joined Arcus Biosciences as the Director and later Senior Director of Biostatistics. They were involved in product strategy teams and phase I-III studies in collaboration with other companies.
