Yogesh Patil

Yogesh Patil is a seasoned pharmaceutical development professional with extensive experience in small molecule drug product formulation, manufacturing, and commercialization. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Small Molecule Pharmaceutical Development and Manufacturing at Arcus Biosciences since June 2021, Yogesh Patil oversees the formulation and commercialization of the company's drug portfolio. Prior to this role, substantial tenure at Amgen from January 2014 to June 2021 involved serving as Principal Scientist in Drug Product Process Development, where responsibilities included leading multiple CMC programs, authoring CMC sections for global regulatory submissions, and advancing drugs from early development to commercialization. Previous experience at IMPAX Pharmaceuticals included technical leadership in developing complex formulations for Parkinson's disease and depression. Yogesh Patil holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Wayne State University, a Master's in Biopharmaceutics from Govt. College of Pharmacy Karad in India, and a Bachelor's in Pharmacy from NDMVP College of Pharmacy Nashik, India.
