Manuel Brazao

Manuel Brazao is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and culinary arts. Currently serving as an Area Support Manager at Arcus FM since February 2019, Manuel has a strong track record in site management, previously holding the role of Site Manager at Exclusive Services Group from February 2009 to the present and at Arcus Facilities Services for a brief period in February 2019. Notably, Manuel maintained a green store status for 13 years while supporting four additional stores in the Stoke-on-Trent area. Earlier career experiences include being self-employed as a chef at a fish and chips and kebab house from January 2000 to January 2009, and serving as a commis chef at The Athenaeum Club Limited from October 1996 to March 1998, where Manuel gained valuable cooking skills.
