Ricky Stevens MIWFM MinstR is currently the Head of Operations in refrigeration at Arcus FM since May 2022. With a background in technical services and field operations, Ricky has been responsible for managing service and maintenance delivery to Sainsbury's supermarkets and convenience stores. Prior to their role at Arcus FM, Ricky held positions at Arcus Managed Services Ltd, Arcus Solutions Ltd, Space Engineering Services Ltd, and Denman Group. Ricky received their education from Eastleigh College between 1976-1981.
