Ryan Mills has over 15 years of experience in fleet management, currently serving as Fleet Manager for Arcus FM, overseeing a national fleet of 900 vehicles to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant mobile service delivery. Previously, Ryan held the position of National Fleet Manager at The Guinness Partnership, managing a fleet of over 600 light commercial vehicles, and served as Fleet Manager at Help-Link UK Ltd., where responsibilities included a national fleet of 700+ LCVs, 40+ HGVs, and 100+ company cars. Ryan’s earlier roles include Fleet Coordinator positions at Lovell Partnerships Ltd. and Powerminster Gleeson Services, managing fleets of 500+ and 150+ vehicles respectively, showcasing a robust background in fleet operations and management.
