Erica Lim

Erica Lim is a seasoned professional in program development and management, with over a decade of experience in various roles within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at Arcus Foundation since March 2012, Erica has previously held positions as Program Officer, Program Manager, and Program Associate. Prior experience includes serving as International Relations Coordinator at Grupo Fenix, where responsibilities encompassed sustainable development, marketing, volunteer management, and project administration. Erica also contributed to program development for at-risk youth at Worldreach Foundation and gained valuable experience during a graduate student field placement with the Office of Assemblymember Anthony Portantino. With an MSW in Community Organizing Policy/Planning & Administration from the University of Southern California and a BA from the University of California, Davis, Erica possesses a strong educational foundation in social work and community engagement.
