Joyce Wigmans

Joyce Wigmans is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management. Currently serving as HR-manager at Arcus Group since March 2022, Joyce previously held the position of HR-adviseur at LyondellBasell from June 2021 to March 2022, and worked as a Senior HR adviseur at Aluminium & Chemie Rotterdam BV between November 2018 and June 2021. Earlier experience includes roles as HR Advisor and HR Assistant at Inashco from July 2013 to October 2018, as well as an internship at ABB in early 2013. Joyce Wigmans is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management at NCOI Opleidingen, building on foundational studies with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
