KAREN GONZALEZ

Karen Gonzalez has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and people management roles. KAREN is currently working at Mastercard as a Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition at Arcus by Mastercard. Prior to that, they worked at Arcus as a People Manager. KAREN also served as a Project Manager at The Arrow and as a Coordinator of People Operations at SinDelantal.mx. Furthermore, Karen has experience in talent attraction and management roles at Prada Mx, Esempre, Profuturo, and Inditex.

Karen Gonzalez completed their Master's degree in Organizational Development at Universidad Latinoamericana, S.C. from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from UAM Xochimilco, where they studied from 2007 to 2012.
