William Chen

William Chen is an experienced technology and business systems leader with a robust background in the biopharmaceutical and consulting industries. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Head of Digital Products and Business Systems at Arcutis Biotherapeutics, Inc. since April 2021, William has held progressive roles including Senior Director and Director of Enterprise Business Systems. Prior experience includes Associate Director of IT at Kite Pharma and Consulting Manager at O2Works, along with a long tenure as Principal Consultant at Maska Consulting LLC. William began his career at Deloitte Consulting as a Management Consultant and served as an IT Program Manager at The Wonderful Company. Educational credentials include an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Computer Science from UCLA.
