Jennifer Axelrod, LBSW, is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in business development and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Arcy Healthcare since March 2025, Jennifer has previously held similar leadership roles at Exalt Health, PAM Health, and Encompass Health, where responsibilities included market analysis and relationship management in the North Houston market. Additionally, Jennifer served as Area Manager for Business Development at Carter Healthcare and as Director of Social Services at Willis Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.
