Brandy Porter

Brandy Porter, CSP, CSC, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources and operations management across various companies. Currently serving as the Manager of Leave and Disability at Ardagh Group since 2020 and previously held the position of Plant Human Resources Manager. Brandy's prior roles include Regional Corporate Human Resources/Operations Manager at Pro Resources Staffing Services from 2009 to 2020, Human Resources Manager at e-biofuels from 2008 to 2009, and HR Generalist/Corporate Health and Safety/Workers Compensation Manager at Pro Resources Staffing Services from 2003 to 2008. Additional experience includes serving as Benefits Manager and Organizational Development Trainer at Delco Remy America from 1993 to 2002. Brandy holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and an MBA in Finance, both from Anderson University, and attended Ball State University and Muncie Central High School.
