Charles Costa has extensive experience in quality management and production supervision within the manufacturing industry, currently serving as Corporate Quality Manager at Ardagh Group since September 2016. Previous roles at Ardagh Group include Quality Manager and Environment, Health, Safety and Quality Manager. Prior to this, Charles worked at Ambev as Staff de Processos and Coordenador fabril, focusing on the manufacturing processes of aluminum bottles and cans. Additional experience includes positions at Latapack-Ball and Litografia Valença as Supervisor de Produção, as well as a long tenure at Itambé as Supervisor de Produção de Latas. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from UNIFEMM, a degree in Engineering Production from Faculdade UNIME, a postgraduate qualification in Engineering Production from FATEC, and ongoing Executive MBA studies in Business Management at FGV, expected to be completed in May 2026.
