Claire Merchant

Claire Merchant is an experienced professional in the field of training and learning solutions, currently serving as the Head of Training at Ardagh Group since April 2022. Prior to this role, Claire was the Learning Solutions Manager at Fenturi and held various positions at Lockheed Martin, including Project Coordinator and Instructional Designer. Claire's background includes a focus on e-learning development, demonstrated through a collaboration with the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts during a Knowledge Transfer Partnership with the University of Reading. Academic achievements include a Master of Philosophy in Computer Science from the University of Reading and a First Class BA (Hons) in Education Combined from the University of Plymouth.
